On Monday, November 10, our Minister for Town, Country and Church Affairs Morten Dahlin visited Tuemosegården. This was together with Venstre Faxe’s city council candidates. It was a really good experience to have a ministerial visit – Morten Dahlin was impressed by Tuemosegården’s wines. But of course there was also time to talk politics. Out here in the countryside we sometimes feel overlooked/unheard. That’s why it was so nice that a listening minister came to visit – the city council candidates all had their little appeals; also our son Claus, who owns Tuemosegården, had his comments to the minister. For us Ingrid and Simon, however, it was the minister’s comment “There’s no reason to drive to France to taste Champagne, when you can just drive to South Zealand” that made us very happy and proud.
